My approach to integration is different. It is an active process, that is for people who come out of mystical experiences ready to prioritize a relationship to the beings around them. For some, this may be their ancestors, for some, the land spirits, for others their immediate community. They are ready to step out of fear, anxiety and hustle culture and into surrender to their intuition and unknowable supportive forces.
We begin exactly where you are, which is exactly where you need to be. We will use your heart as a compass and begin to get to the core of it’s desire. Using ancient wisdom found in folklore, building confidence through creativity and witnessing past and present relationships, you will learn how to follow your heart with your head leading the way.
