Emily Squadra

Emily believes empowering others to cultivate their intrinsic connection to the Earth is collective care. Cascadia Mystery School is an experiment in creating space for people to unfurl and strengthen this connection, through myths, food traditions and embodied integration. She loves walking through her garden barefoot, picking ripe fruit of abundant tree branches in the summer and cooking a nourishing soup to share with friends in the winter.
